Last week, Pontiflex announced The Relevancy Group 2011 survey findings.
The survey found 43% of marketers who aren’t planning to increase their mobile ad spending this year cite low ROI from mobile advertising as the number one reason that they won’t increase spending; 93% of marketers said they would increase mobile ad spending if they realized a higher return on their investment.… continue »

An article by Abby Klaassen in Advertising Age points to a IAB report that highlights a simmering conflict between publishers and networks. The article states that “On average, the cost-per-thousand rates for network-sold inventory are less than a 10th the CPMs publishers were able to charge when selling it themselves.” The report calls on publishers to get in place an appropriate overall pricing and inventory strategy.… continue »
