Another great thing about Pontiflex: DUB Pies

Pontiflex kicked things off this morning with a delivery of fresh fruit and other goodies from Fresh Direct. Getting Monday started off right didn’t prove to be so hard with a kitchen full of fruit and (of course) free coffee and tea.

And then out of the blue, working conditions continued to get better. Last week, we ordered a substantial number of DUB Pies, which arrived late Friday afternoon. It was like Christmas all over again to open the freezer on this brisk Monday morning and see that there were still plenty to be eaten. The pie selection includes: Thai Chicken Curry, Chili Cheese, Steak Mince, Steak & Cheese, Curry Vegetable, Shepherds Pie, Chicken & Vegetable and Steak & Mushroom.

Not only do the pies taste as great  as one would think, but they’re also made by Down Under Bakery Pies–a company right here in Brooklyn. The folks at DUB Pies were ecstatic to receive our order. “Wow!” they wrote via email late last week. “That may be the largest single order we’ve ever received for a home/work frozen delivery!”  We definitely want to give a shout out to DUB pies for making this an extra special Monday. Pontiflex is also proud to actively support the local restaurant community.
