Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving where dinner tables overflowedflowed with contended turkeys, potatoes and tofurkeys.
Last week, Folio Magazine published an article on how one publisher used CPL advertising to achieve the seemingly impossible task of upselling display advertising to increase online advertising revenue.
